CUSTOM PROCESS OVERVIEW

1 - Let's Meet
Book your private custom design consultation appointment with us! We offer both in-person and virtual appointments for your convienence.
2 - Design
After learning more, we will collaborate with you to design the perfect piece for you! We will provide an estimate & detailed drawings at this time.
3 - Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to start all custom projects. We also require all clients to sign a straightforward custom order contract.
4 - Production
We will promptly begin to make your piece(s) with lots of love! Our usual lead time is 4-8 weeks depending on complexity and if we need to special order anything.
5 - Presentation
As soon as it’s complete, we will get in touch when your new heirloom is ready for you! Make an appointment to come pick up your piece at your convenience to ensure it’s perfect.
6 - Final Deposit
As soon as you are 100% satisfied with your finished piece, the second half of the payment is due.
7 - Finishing Touches
All of our custom pieces come with an appraisal on request, free of charge. We can also gift wrap or provide the perfect packaging for your new jewels!
8 - ENJOY!
Take advantage of free jewelry cleaning, inspections, our generous 24K warranty and of course, taking great care of your new favorite piece of jewelry.
